This one will be intense! Both on and off ice sessions will help players get ready for the season. On-ice we will hit edges and stick skills hard! Off -ice we will go through specific drills players should be doing throughout the season....we will set up a personalized off-ice plan for each player. Schedule Sept 9, 16, 23, 30 On Ice : 4:15-5:00 pm Off Ice: 5:15-5:45 All sessions $25
